In Memoriam

to Mother Mary Glomb
My confidante, second mother, and spiritual teacher. You will be greatly missed.

Love, your spiritual child,
Lawren Leo

One Little Rose

I would rather have one little rose
From the garden of friends
Than to have the choicest flowers
When my stay on earth must end.

I would rather have one pleasant word
In kindness said to me
Than flattery when my heart is still
And life has ceased to be.

I would rather have a loving smile
From friends I know are true
Than tears shed round my casket
When this world I've bid adieu

Bring me all your flowers today
Whether pink, or white, or red:
I'd rather have one blossom now
Than a basketful when I'm dead.

From,
Mary Glomb

Mary Glomb
July 31, 1920 - June 12, 2007

Mary Glomb was famous for prescribing the 23rd psalm to remove negativity and insure protection. After removing the evil eye from someone she would instruct them to take a salt bath and say the 23rd psalm with due solemnity. Upon her death, she left me the powerful and special rite to remove the evil eye. She would have wanted me to allow this prayer to be a part of her memory.

Thank you Mother Mary for all the sacred knowledge and power you instilled in me.

With love,
Lawren

The 23rd Psalm

God is my shepherd, I shall not want.
He will bring me into meadows of young grass,
He will guide me beside quiet water
He will strengthen my soul;
He will lead me in the path of justice, because of his name.
And when I walk in the valley of the darkness of death
I shall fear no evil, because you are with me,
Your crook and your staff will be my comfort
You will set a table for me in front of my enemies;
You have anointed my head with oil, and my cup overflows.
Your goodness and your mercy shall certainly follow me through all the days of my life,
And I shall live in the house of God for the length of my days.

All my mother came into mine eyes
And gave me up to tears.
